Handmade Limestone Pieces

All limestone products are individually handcrafted and finished by artisans. As a result, variations in colour, texture, patina, shape, and exact dimensions may occur. These natural inconsistencies are considered part of the character and beauty of handmade limestone products and are not deemed faults.

Product Sizing

All measurements provided are approximate only. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight size variations may occur between pieces.

Sales & Refunds

All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable due to supplier ordering commitments, import scheduling, and product allocation once purchases have been confirmed.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

Delivery & Freight

Delivery and freight charges are not included in the listed sale price unless otherwise stated.

Freight costs are calculated separately based on:

* Delivery location
* Product size and weight
* Delivery method selected

Multiple freight and delivery options may be available and will be discussed with the purchaser prior to dispatch.

Natural Characteristics

Limestone is a natural material and may contain:

* Pitting
* Veining
* Small chips or imperfections
* Weathering variations

These characteristics are natural features of authentic limestone and are not considered defects.

Installation & Handling

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate access, placement, lifting equipment, and installation requirements are arranged prior to delivery.

We recommend professional handling and installation for larger pieces.
